Shipping policy

Shipping Partners

Muravai partners with major shipping carriers including USPS, FedEx, SF Express, DHL, UPS, and EMS, which work with local couriers to deliver orders directly to your door. We offer flat rate worldwide shipping.

Order Processing and Verification

You will be charged at the time of purchase. All orders and payments are subject to verification and approval before shipping and may take several days to process.

To help prevent credit card fraud, orders with incorrect billing information or those requiring additional verification may be delayed or canceled.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1 to 2 business days before being handed to the carrier. During peak seasons, holidays, or periods of high demand, processing may take longer.

Orders are processed and shipped on business days only. We do not ship on weekends or holidays.

Address Changes

Address updates can only be made before an order has shipped.

Once an order has been shipped or a tracking number has been issued, address changes are no longer possible. Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout cannot be modified or rerouted.

If a package must be reshipped due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be responsible for an additional reshipping fee. This policy is in place due to the high volume of fraud and abuse associated with post order address changes.

Shipping Time

Shipping time begins once the order has been processed and handed to the carrier.

Average delivery times:

  • United States: within 5 business days after shipment

  • Outside the United States: within 7 business days on average after shipment

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Locations

Orders within the United States ship from our US warehouse in Miami, Florida.
Orders outside the United States may ship from international fulfillment partners depending on destination and product availability.

Tracking Information

All orders are shipped with tracking. Once your order is dispatched to the carrier’s sorting facility, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

Tracking information may take 24 to 72 hours to update. If tracking has not updated within 5 business days after shipment, please contact our support team.

Delivery Exceptions and Delays

Shipping delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather conditions, customs processing, failed delivery attempts, or incorrect or incomplete address information provided at checkout.

Muravai is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or lost packages caused by incorrect address information provided by the customer.

If an order experiences a significant delay beyond the estimated delivery timeframe, customers may contact our support team for assistance. In cases of extended delay, store credit may be issued at our discretion.

Lost, Stolen, or Delivered Packages

If tracking shows a package as delivered but it has not been received, customers must contact the carrier directly to locate the package. Muravai is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.

Claims for lost, stolen, or damaged packages must be reported promptly. Carrier delivery confirmation and timestamps are used when reviewing claims.

Duties, Taxes, and Customs Fees

Orders shipped outside the United States may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

If a shipment is refused and returned, the customer is responsible for any return shipping costs and applicable import fees.
